1. Extreme thickness and performance breakthrough
Ultra-thick plate technology: Through processes such as ultra-thick billet production and differential temperature heating, it breaks through the traditional rolling thickness limit (such as achieving mass production of 150mm ultra-thick plates) to meet the requirements of large-scale energy equipment (such as LNG storage tanks and nuclear power pressure vessels) for material strength and low-temperature toughness.
Ultra-thin precision plates: The cold rolling process is upgraded to produce ultra-thin stainless steel plates below 0.1mm, which are used for electronic equipment shielding covers and precision instrument components, and require extremely high dimensional accuracy (tolerance ±0.001mm).
2. Green production and recycling
Short process smelting: Using waste stainless steel as raw material, it is produced through electric arc furnace + refining process to reduce iron ore consumption and carbon emissions (carbon emissions per ton of steel are reduced by more than 50% compared with traditional processes).
Chromium-free passivation technology: Replaces the traditional hexavalent chromium passivation process, reduces heavy metal pollution, and adapts to fields with strict environmental protection requirements (such as food contact materials).

Antibacterial stainless steel plate: Adding copper, silver and other elements to inhibit the growth of bacteria such as Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, used for walls and equipment in hospitals and food workshops.
Wear-resistant stainless steel plate: Through surface nitriding and shot peening to improve hardness (HV ≥ 500), used in wear-resistant scenarios such as mining machinery and conveying equipment.
