GB/T700 GB/T1591 GB Material Carbon Steel Coil
GB/T700 Q275 carbon steel and low alloy steel coil equivalent material is S275JR steel plate. S275JR steel coil is a general purpose carbon structural steel. This steel is similar to the steels listed in China GB/T700 and GB/T1591. It is also a carbon structural steel and low alloy structural steel used in engineering steel and structural steel, which is usually not heat treated. GB/T1591 steel coil is a Chinese standardized low alloy medium tensile strength steel coil produced by hot rolling process. GB/T1591 steel coil has a variety of manufacturing purposes.
EN10025-2 S235/S275/S355 Carbon Steel Coil
EN10025-2 steel coil is a low-alloy high-strength structural steel, which is made of carbon structural steel (Wc = 0.16%~ 0.2%) by adding a small amount of alloying elements. EN10025-2 steel coil has good welding performance, plasticity, toughness and processing technology, good corrosion resistance, high strength and low cold brittle critical transition temperature.
304 stainless steel is a kind of universal stainless steel material, rust resistance than 200 series of stainless steel material is stronger. High temperature resistance is also better, can be as high as 1000-1200 degrees. 304 stainless steel has excellent corrosion resistance and good intergranular corrosion resistance. For oxidizing acids, it is concluded in the experiment that 304 stainless steel has strong corrosion resistance in nitric acid with a concentration of less than or equal to 65% of the boiling temperature. It also has good corrosion resistance to alkali solution and most organic and inorganic acids.
304L is one of the austenitic stainless steels with a chromium content of at least 18%, a nickel content of at least 8%, and a maximum carbon content of 0.03. 304L stainless steel is an ideal choice for various household and commercial applications, with excellent corrosion resistance, ease of manufacturing and excellent formability. Austenitic stainless steels are also considered to be the easiest to weld among high alloy steels and can be welded by all fusion and resistance welding processes.
309 and 309S are austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steels that are typically used for higher temperature applications. Due to its high chromium and nickel content, 309 and 309S alloys have a high degree of corrosion resistance, excellent oxidation resistance and excellent heat resistance, while providing good strength at room temperature and high temperature. The only significant difference between 309 and 309S is the carbon content. The 309S alloy has less carbon, which minimizes carbide precipitation and improves weldability.
316Ti(UNS S31635) is a titanium stabilized version of 316 molybdenum-containing austenitic stainless steel. 316 alloys are more resistant to general corrosion and pitting/crevice corrosion than traditional chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steels such as 304.
Z120 is the coating name, which means that the coating thickness on both sides is approximately 120g/㎡ or 36g/㎡ (three-point test) and 90g/㎡ (single-point test). Z120 grade galvanized steel coil is coated with zinc to make it more durable. The working principle of the process is to immerse the coiled steel plate in a galvanizing tank filled with molten zinc. Through the continuous galvanizing process of the thin steel sheet, the galvanized coil is obtained. This type of steel has better formability and good paint adhesion in commercial or architectural use. Another method of producing galvanized steel sheet is through a hot-dip plating process. In this method, it is essential that the steel sheet is heat-treated at 500°C immediately after the exit of the can to form the alloy film coating.
Galvanized steel coils are covered with a zinc coating to provide corrosion resistance. G40 galvanized steel coil is a galvanized layer name or A653 standard specification specified in the hot-dip coating process galvanized (galvanized) or zinc-iron alloy (galvanized) steel sheet requirements. The G40 protective coating prevents moisture from reaching the steel structure, thereby improving the corrosion resistance of the steel. This can extend the life expectancy of the steel. G40 is the average coat weight and therefore provides moderate protection.
G60 is the coating grade of steel sheet after continuous hot dip plating process. G represents the "galvanized" or galvanized layer of the product. The number 60 refers to the thickness of the zinc around the steel sheet or the thickness of the entire double-sided coating. To get the amount of galvanizing on one side, you need to divide this number by two. Galvanized steel sheet G60 is coated with molten zinc. After the continuous coating process at a speed of 600 feet per minute, the excess zinc on the steel plate is removed by high-pressure air. This is in order to produce the desired coating thickness. After cooling, the sheet is rolled into a roll, ready for manufacturing.
